Solved Attaching Oculus controllers to pelvis control

I'm super new to VaM and trying to figure out how to do a specific thing - attach a controller to a sex machine. I guess what I would like to accomplish is something similar to the Tracker Controller plugin, but for Oculus controllers. Is this possible? Perhaps there is a plugin I don't know of?
How is it even done manually? If I take control of a body part with the controller I can't quite just go reaching to the piece of machinery, dragging the body all over the screen. It would have to somehow get linked after everything is properly set up in the physical world. Seems like it should be a relatively simple thing to do, but I have no idea where to start.
