Can anyone point me in the direction/hit a list with creators that answer the follwing:
1. Willing to take VIDEO commissions
2. Willing to take commissions with these fetishes - BBW, futanari, futanariXfemale

Probably the creators with paid assets are more willing to do that.
Check the resources area for the kind of content that creators do and ask the ones that would fit your criteria.
