Is there any way to export VirtAMate assets more correctly "models"/"Atom people" to like Unity or Unreal and also give them the clothes you put on them, Hoping you understand what i mean!

You can export it as a obj using the button at the bottom:

Clothes you can't, you need the original obj.

My problem is, how do you access that export button? Sometimes I see it there, but then I do something else, and it's not there anymore? How do I get it back?

Can you export the whole animation with models?
Yes, but it depends on how it's made and what else could break. You can have animations made in several ways, and each has its own possibilities and difficulties. And besides the animation there's other factors to consider like buttons with triggers, audio, clothing, CUA, etc. You should be already familiarised with basic scene making, especially the used method on the scene you want, to attempt this.
