Question Any way to display window camera output on a panel?

I'm wondering if it's possible to display the window camera's view in a panel, for example for a scene with a character watching a CCTV screen?

You can add this CUA spy camera and tablet to get that effect.

This is what I do in my Makeup Studio scene. No plugins needed I just anchored the Window Camera to the Panel.
Mind you the resolution is not the greatest on the Window Camera, maybe the SpyCam above works better?
