Zinigo updated Alivia - Futa with a new update entry:

Update to genitals

- Alivia is now using Isaac's penis morph, giving it more overall girth and definition. If for any reasons you don't like these changes they can easily be reverted by setting the genital morph back to 0, I won't be offended.

I do think this is an improvement, but mainly doing this to make things easier for me in designing my new scene so things line up easier when swapping between Isaac and Alivia as the Male Atom.
