When you start a a new scene, or any scene, in editor mode, under a ,, misc " category and .. custom unity asset '', - add a custom unity asset. Then find my resource, and it should contain that garage/parking lot. It's much more detailed that my explanation thus, -
google around for detailed tutorials, on how to work with VAM custom assets.
