This is not a new problem with 1.20.77.2.
When the "Casual Denim Jeans" are in the "Down" state, there seems to be some collision happening around the female genitals that don't happen with other clothings, such as the "DATM Pants". The collision mesh seems to be the same in either state.
I'm attaching an NSFW scene to illustrate. It has a Male and Female atoms and a cycle force for penetration.
1) Select the Female atom, go in the Clothing tab.
2) Activate the "Casual Denim Jeans" (reducing Alpha helps). Its default state is "Normal". Note that penetration does not work anymore because of collisions with the jeans. That's fine.
3) Changing the state to "Down" does not allow penetration either.
Then:
4) Deactivate "Casual Denim Jeans" and activate "DATM Pants". Its default state is "Normal". Penetration still doesn't work, but that's okay.
5) Change the state to "Down". Penetration works.
