Fixed (1.20.1.6) Some benchmarks reset user prefs

Some benchmarks will reset all user preferences to default when you run them.

These ones have the issue:

ClothSim Benchmark.bat
GPU Benchmark.bat
Hair Benchmark.bat
HairRender Benchmark.bat
HairSim Benchmark.bat - This one also doesn't seem to render any hair?

These ones seem to work properly:

Baseline Benchmark.bat
CPU Benchmark.bat
CPU High Physics Benchmark.bat
Crypt Benchmark.bat

I have this issue fixed and I also fixed the hair sim benchmark missing the content!
