Fixed (1.20.1.4) Rescan Packages unresponsive

The "Rescan Packages" button in Add-On Package Manager seems to become unresponsive once any package has been "Unpacked"

Tested in 1.20.0.10

Thanks for the report. There must be an untrapped error there preventing the refresh. I'll get it fixed for next release.

I'm 99% sure this was fixed in 1.20.1.4. I haven't been able to repeat it with latest release.
