Fixed (1.20.0.9) VAR unpack/repack doesn't work in 1.20.0.8

I can still unpack VAR packages, but you can't repack them anymore after modifying. The button still says "Unpack" and pressing it causes an error as the folder already exists.

This must be recent, I just used this a few days ago with the Life 9 release using an earlier version of VaM 1.20.


Edit: Another note, unpacking a VAR does not retain file modification times from the VAR. Using 7zip instead does this, so the correct date is in there.

I have this fixed in upcoming 1.20.0.9. The new incremental refresh was broken after Unpack/Repack/Restore Original and would only show correctly after a restart.

I also fixed it so Unpack now preserves timestamps.
