Hi Guest!
Please be aware that we have released another critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.12 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.
Details about the security patch can be found here.
Almost forgot to answer your question:
Yes, you can transfer a look from VaM toDAZ3d as a merged full body morph. There are some threads about this (mainly to create custom morphs in DAZ).
In DAZ you can add DAZ hair, clothes, and poses, as usual.
There is a DAZ "3d printing" plugin around to...
my bad, my daz shot had high resolution model enabled, i set it to base resolution and it matches Blender perfectly now, just so you know it was the same effect from product to product. But there's more... i found out how to visual in DAZ what it'll look like in VAM, saving from going all the...

This doesn't work. Solution is in post #12

I just did some testing and there is something I'm missing with the Vam toblenderto Vam method. I'm using a newer version of blender than the guide so I don't...
This will probably go off the main topic then. I want to make morphs from the genitals from VAM. Im fairly new to the VAM CC arena. Not sure which guide is best for this and would like to know how to export the genitals (which i found is separate from the rest of the model) toblender and sculpt...
As far as im aware you would need to load the gens onto a model in daz, then select gens only, set to base resolution and export toblender for work, again not changing any vert counts during sculpting. then it would be largley the same coming back todaz, morph loader pro on the gens then...
Chokaphi submitted a new resource:
Photoshop file to create Genital textures. - PS file to blend genitals totorso textures/
Read more about this resource...
Is the guide/template strictly for Blender version 2.79 because something breaks in newer versions?
Only tried 2.79 and everything worked first try.
In fact it worked so good that I prefer this over my other method with DAZ map transfer.
(It's possible to convert textures in DAZ between G2F and...
Vam doesn't render in the same sense as Daz or blender etc. They use raytraced\pathtraced rendering which is very accurate but awfully slow as its done on a pixel by pixel basis where as Vam is a rasterized render which is much faster to render allowing "realtime" rendering.
I've noticed that the skin maps seem to be different on the way blenders charactors has the UV mapping, how would I set up the blender model to share the same mapping that the Daz/Vam girl has as this way would be easiset cuz I've texture painted in blender prior. It's been a while since Ive...
or, export obj toblender no bones, no groups, just the mesh and UVS. Refit, smooth etc... import and rig back in DAZ on to a g2f character. Doesn't ef it up as much when working with raw mesh. Maybe even bring to MD and turn it to quads and let it fit itself back to g2 figure
You have a screenshot of the item, should be able to do it as a cua. Also superio did this guide

Greetings!
I tried to ask several times over discord in some user's servers but to no avail (probably they don't know, there's no way or go figure), so I'm here hoping for the best.
My question is: is it possible to revert the texture used for VaM models into daz textures again? Or it's only one...
It was my mistake... I did not read properly in post #86 (which I ironically quoted in my post, above).
" Dropping the .dsf into the VAM female morphs folder so that it generates the new .vmi/.vmb files "
For some reason my brain registered that as " Dropping the .dsf into the VAM2DAZ tool "...
There is no guide for this at all but I guarantee the same rules apply in that the vert count and order must be retained
You will require the linked New Gens for Victoria 6 installed in Dazto do any modelling of the gens.
I got no idea if this works exactly like this since I have not done...
It sounds like you imported the OBJ file from CC4 toDaz, and then tried to use it to create a morph for Genesis 2?
Your mistake was most likely in that last step of trying to use an OBJ to make a morph for a Genesis 2.
I had the best luck making VAM morphs in Blender:
In Blender you can...
thanks for the response! Thats what I thought. Its a little hard doing custom morphs in Blender when the model is in base resolution. Not many polygons to play with.
