Fixes an issue whereby the plugin did not restore trigger action receiver atoms correctly when saved as part of a subscene.

VoiceControl v1.4

Fixes the issue of the plugin always loading in the active state even if the scene was previously saved with the plugin disabled.

The Head Up Display (HUD) warning feature when VaM's Desktop window loses focus is now optional.
The warning will still be sent to VaM's message log regardless of HUD setting.
