Fixes an issue whereby the plugin did not restore trigger action receiver atoms correctly when saved as part of a subscene.

The Head Up Display (HUD) warning feature when VaM's Desktop window loses focus is now optional. The warning will still be sent to VaM's message log regardless of HUD setting.
