I've had a chance to port over some anime models recently and this is one of them from a popular source. It's not a show i've seen myself, but there's plenty of characters i've seen from it that have nice designs including this one.
The model has a custom body made to match the proportions of the outfit. The hair is imported in as clothing and so will move along properly with the body. Seemed a better fit than a CUA in this case.
