General fixes and CAMRIDE implementation

As requested by a kind user, I fixed some issues with this release.
-Added button to jump to the extended part (sometimes her knee can get stuck while doing so, if it happens deactivate/activate her collision in the atom menu);
-Fixed looping in Ride 1 and 2, the end of the loop is smoother now;
-Added HIDE UI button on the far right;

CAMRIDE version is planned!
