This is the release of MAB-018.

MAB-018 represents my current production standard for high-realism VaM characters,
built with a focus on anatomical accuracy, natural proportions, and long-term usability.

Each release follows a consistent sculpting and texture workflow to ensure stable quality across updates.

Included content:
– Hand-sculpted head morphs
– Hand-sculpted body morphs
– Custom texture
– Character showcase scene

Technical Notes

– Tested on VaM 1.22
– No external paid dependencies required
– Default VaM pose used
– All preview images captured using MacGruber_SuperShot
– No post-processing or external visual effects (WYSIWYG)
– Please allow a few seconds after loading for textures to initialize

For maximum visual fidelity and intended sharpness,
please set Smooth Passes = 0 in User Preferences.

3.14.2026 Update!

As I mentioned before, while continuing to release new characters, I will also keep improving and refining previously released ones whenever possible. My goal is to gradually push the overall quality closer to the level of realism I’m aiming for.

These updates may happen at irregular times, but I will do my best to revisit older characters and improve them alongside my ongoing work.

Over the past few days, I have updated MAB-018 again.
This update mainly focuses on further refining the facial model, improving structural accuracy and proportions. I have also repainted and upgraded parts of the textures. The character has now reached a level that I’m personally much happier with.

You can download the updated version from the original release post and replace the previous files.

The version number will remain v1, as I prefer to keep only the best and most up-to-date version rather than leaving multiple older versions inside VaM.

If there are any previously released characters that you feel could be improved, or if there is a specific character you’d like me to prioritize for optimization, feel free to send me a message or leave a comment. I’ll do my best to take your suggestions into consideration.
