It's another by COEL3D whose models you may recognise from previous ports like Goodra. They are all very nicely styled and nice to work with.
The model's hair and ears have physics and there's a collider in the head to minimise clipping. The hat can also be toggled on and off in the CUA menu. The outfit is all VAM clothing, although it's not super well suited to posing!
