Sorry no - as the main loop has to consider all persons in the scene anyway and I'd personnelly like it to be on by default for all persons it'll remain like this.
Out of interest, what's the advantage or it only being on one person?

This is so good! one of the best plugins I have been used and it's free! auto licking is such a great idea, why has no one else come out of this? By the way, can you make this licking stuff also react to fingers, or any other cylinders? especially VR hands, Thank you!

Sorry but that one isn't possible as there are no points on fingers to track how close to a mouth they are unfortunately - there is an experimental plugin for it - but I'm not going to write support for someone else's plugin at the moment. Nipples happen to have a point to track so that was easier.

The plugin is cool, but it does not give rest to one big minus, the tongue constantly protrudes and passes from below through the jaw, it does not look very attractive =(
