Added Chest target with offsets which should work for a tit wank scene
Adjusted logic around foreskin targetting, it was using the penis retargeting method which lead to flicker in morph when it suddenly decides to switch target, now it's pulling back foreskin based on which ever target happens to be closest which leads to a smoother change of distance between targets and so smooth morph

Can now switch off plugin control of penis base and rotation completely

So if other plugins, such as timeline, want to switch penis base and rotation - they can.

Just spotted a loop I didn't need that will save time on the CPU

Hopefully last one for awhile - on this plugin at least

Bug fixes for null references + error message for those missing morphs dependencies

i saw some recent discussion about moving the skin along the shaft of the penis, as would naturally happen to a penis while being stroked. here is a simple morph that accomplishes this. i find that it works best between: min: -0.2 max: 0.55...

This adds offsets to pullback foreskin on entering mouth and vagina/anus

Also tweaked default mouth targeting offset to point more at the mouth than the nose
Removed PBMFS01 as a morphe option, easier than adding if statements - shout if you really think you need it.
Penis Mid and tip rotation, now follow the plugin logic for On, off,comply when manually setting base rotation, so for instance when setting base to On, mid is on and tip is comply - original plugin logic.

NOTICE
I'm working on auto hand grab morph - but I think this might be better done as a sperate plugin as it should consider all atoms against all other atoms and this plugin is focus on the containing atom and what the penis tip is targeting only. This new plugin might well end up as a session plugin.

Want to add tit wank detection to this plugin but for now, bug fixes only.

Added G2MGensSkinMove to add shaft skin movement
Added Foreskin pull offset
Added a few more morphes to help with look
Also the morphe PBMFS01 is always activited along with which ever morphe you choice as this makes the glide over penis head better
Also foreskin targeting is now based on nearest to mid penis point

Put back original rotation control by plugin which can be overridden + bug fixes

Returns original functionaility of the plugin while add the new stuff
