They appear every few hundred years to breed with man and create new offspring. To help with this cause, as a way to attract perspective mates, this type of elf is able to "amplify her assets" to really catch the eye of anyone within view. She loves hitting all the local clubs looking for men to lure. If you see her start to grow, you know she is getting ready to pick her prey out of the crowd.
