Overview
Done in collaboration with Ark1F1, the legend who made Elf Month a reality. Please make sure to check out his work.
He suggested we work together a few months ago, and things finally aligned. The theme was "sexy elf nun duo," so we each created a beautiful elf for the job, and are releasing them simultaneously. In addition, I've included an alter-ego with an entirely different preset to add to Adrienne's mystique, as well as an optional showcase with a little bit of atmosphere and flair.
You can find Adrienne's counterpart Saelyn here—made by Ark1F1—not included in this resource.
| The doors open, and Saelyn steps beyond the threshold, her hands fidgeting meekly in front of her. The towering double doors swing shut with an ominous thud, sealing her in the chamber with the silhouette of a figure standing atop the dais at the far end of the walkway. The air is heavy and smells of sulfur, smoke, and iron, and a blood red ray of light casts deep, decaying shadows across the floor and nearby walls, flickering with malice. Glowing embers define a ring of human skeletons, charred and expired as they seemed to worship—or perhaps attempt to reach for—the person standing there. "You've arrived," the seething, smooth voice calls out to her, only the profile visible in front of the tall windows offering an unobstructed view of the moon amidst a blood red sky. "Wonderful. Come. Kneel, maiden of the Woods." Saelyn catches her breath in a silent gasp, hurriedly approaching the edge of the wooden platform. She quickly moves to her knees, folding her trembling hands in her lap, gaze cast downward as if burning a hole into the wooden floor beneath her to avoid eye contact. It takes all of her willpower not to acknowledge or turn to look at the charred remains of whoever is merely feet away from her. A rhythmic clicking of heels, slow and unhurried, approaches. A long, elegantly terrible shadow washes over Saelyn, the swishing of silks against skin the only thing heard in the suffocating silence of the moment. The silhouette leans forward, eyes obscured by lace, a confident smirk adorning the visible, beautiful mouth of the elven priestess. Though something seems terribly wrong. A slender hand reaches forth and slides beneath Saelyn's chin, tipping her gaze upward, forcing her to look the dangerous maiden in the face. "Be not afraid," the mouth whispers, her voice seeming to echo everywhere and nowhere at once. The free hand rises to the veil of lace, slowly drawing it downward to reveal two, glowing, wild red eyes that narrow, locking Saelyn's gaze with hers. "I am Adrienne, the moon priestess," she whispers, the sound dripping with malevolent intent, tracing a line up the side of Saelyn's stuttering jaw, caressing her skin. "You, Saelyn, are blessed with the privilege of being the first I will bring into the fold..." Adrienne's fingers tighten around Saelyn's jaw, suddenly drawing her just inches from her face, red eyes blazing, her wide grin nearly meeting her eyes. Saelyn's breath catches and holds. "...And you will not be the last." |

Not as elaborate or complex as the work I did on Manon's showcase, but it fits Adrienne. Interesting that I've done two dark, demonic-type scenes back to back, but try not to read too much into it.
- Hand-placed props for that dark, gothic feel, fitting the dark nun theme.
- Hand-placed effects like fire, fog, and godrays.
- Custom poses, including MacGruber's Breathing and Spacedog's EasyGaze.
- Custom light rig, great for photos if you want to put your own model in her place.
- Ambient fire sounds, another familiar soundtrack, and ominous whispers coming from Corrupted Adrienne.
I suggest using the included appearance/hair presets in the VAR, rather than saving them directly from the showcase—non-corrupted Adrienne is missing her makeup, has dirt decals in its place, and a few small modifications to fit the environment better. Combined with the Breathing plugin, some morphs or textures might get baked into the appearance preset.
