Have not tested makeups with every morph, but they seem to work as intended for even some of the extreme morphs. If you notice any clipping with certain morphs there are a number of things you can try-- You can try to adjust the offset of the clothing item, adjust your smoothing iterations, or try hunting succubus "femalebodysmoothertesselation" plugin. ( highly recommended! )
