Not the in-game browser though. it shows everyone when logged in.
To me that's actually a good thing, as I mainly browse the website for resources, and the more limited times I'm on the VAM hub browser I can check if I missed out on anything interesting of the "ignored" creators.

Unfortunately the part of the browser where you can sign in and leave reviews or comments is separate from the part that allows you to browse resources and download content.
There is no transmission of login information to the API, and therefore no way to block ignored content through the in-game browser.

even without need to login. just in-game feature would be handy
