Question Reverb Users' What Resolution do you use in steamvr

SteamVR 100% resolution for Reverb G2 is 3676x3588 per eye. This comes out to a whopping 26 Million pixels total for the HMD display (3x 4k). I have been running my headset at 3032x 2960 per eye (18 million). What resolutions did you notice a drop off in quality at?
 
I think the lighting in a scene is far more important than the resolution used on the device. I leave it at 100%, also have a G2, or maybe something close to it.
The only time this was important to keep at a much lower level was when I had a 1050 ti as a GPU, super weak for VR stuff, but now with a 3070 ti it's at 100%.
