Hub forums "cleaning" and reordering

• Move the "Resource Discussion Boards" category to be the last
  • I take it that everyone uses these by going to the resource's Discussion area and not by the forum, so being at the bottom would make other more useful sections higher, like "Customization"
• In "Feedback", hide "VAM suggestions" and "VAM bug reports" as there's not going to be any more VAM1.x updates?
  • Potentially there could be instead an "Archived" section at the bottom for content like the above
