I see that you are using VaM version 1.22.0.3

You need to update to the latest VaM 1.22.0.13 version.

Great scene! Getting a kind of weird issue when I look toward her feet my BSB wacks out and breaks into black, magenta, and static weirdness. It's pretty reproducible and (so far?) easily recoverable so wondering if there's some edge case that could cause that?

I'm not sure what a BSB is

A screenshot or video would maybe help me understand
