Studio Mocaps - A couple of free mocaps to admire your models!

Studio Mocaps | A couple of free mocaps to admire your models!

I'm really grateful for all the kind words and support I've been getting lately, so I wanted to give the community a fun little scene with some sexy mocaps for you to enjoy! Watch Sally do some sexy poses, or load up your own model instead 💃

Nice! The cinematic cams aren't working for me, though. They're all staring at the bed, like this:

I'm assuming you have all the dependencies?

Can you try clearing the cache in user preferences and restarting Vam?
Yep, all dependencies downloaded. Just cleared the cache and restarted as well.

Don't know if this helps, but here's a recording of how it looks for me.

I've tried your "Late Night Selfie" scene (also excellent, btw) and the cameras in that seem fine.

Can you check the plugin in the "WindowCamera_Preset/CAM_Reference" atom? If that shows red or an error, could you try deleting the "HAL9001.LogicBricks2" plugin from your AddonPackages, and re-downloading it? (followed by a restart of VaM again)

I always test my scenes in an empty/clean VaM install, and it worked fine there, so it's hard for me to find out the problem.

Please let me know if deleting and re-downloading that HAL9001.LogicBricks2 fixes things

My mistake! I had v18 of LogicBricks2 from last October. Works perfectly with v19.

Thank you so much for reporting this back to me! I've had 2-3 people tell me the same thing about the camera not moving, and if that is the issue, I know exactly what to tell them to fix it 😁

The previous version was licensed under CC-BY. How did it happen that the new version became non-commercial?

In the first version I made a mistake with the license. I had to repackage multiple times, and the final time I forgot to set the license.

People can use this scene for personal enjoyment, but I rather not have people use my scene for financial gain.

Usually, when an error comes out, it is reported. But in the previous version, even in the description it was stated that you share it On such terms. Now it has been removed from the description and the license has been changed. It looks very strange.

Apologies for not mentioning this in the update log, I've now edited the update to include this.

Hello, I'm new and just downloaded VaM a couple of days ago. I downloaded this scene, but I don't have that menu/interface on the right, when the scene loads, there's only a woman and the room.

In VaM most scenes rely on dependencies, meaning that my scene references other people's assets or plugins. You'll need to download those dependencies for my scene to work. Make sure to do these steps to download all the missing dependencies:

You do such amazing camrides, but I can't really record any of them with my Eosin Camera

WindowCamera_Preset/CAM_Reference and its parent aren't at the actual viewing location of the camride? those atoms are actually quite far from the characters, yet if viewed in the cinematic, I can see the intended effect.

I'm not sure how you did these, I feel like when Im viewing the camride in POV, I am quite close, but attaching an Eosin Camera to your floating camera, it is sometimes clipping through walls its so far lol

Thanks! The funny thing is, I also use Eosin to render the videos I put on the page. The VRRenderer plugin was originally attached to the WindowCamera_Preset/WindowCamera, but I removed it to not have unnecessary dependencies in the scene that won't be used. I also used that first "ValueMapRelay" plugin to animate both the Eosin FOV and the monitor FOV.

That WindowCamera_Preset/CAM_Reference is used for the PerlinNoiseMovement plugin, which I use to simulate the handheld camera effect. It needs a reference atom to do it's movement around, so I made that Empty the reference.

The reason everything might look close is that I also animate the monitor FOV to zoom in or out in certain moments. Simply adding the plugin to the camera won't also automatically capture that zooming, since the VRRenderer FOV is separate from the monitor FOV.

Another thing to look out for is setting the timeline instances to "game time" instead of "real time". Otherwise everything will look like it gets fast forwarded

So how did you manage to get the desired effect with Eosin VrRenderer?

The problem I'm having is not that my camera is too close, it's actually that it's normally very far. I noticed PerlinNoiseMovement in the "scale" field is zooming, but that doesn't have an effect on my Eosin cam lol

I'm going to keep messing with this and try to make it work

Edit: Nevermind, I think this is actually impossible to make VR180 videos with your camrides with the way you did these, that zoom scale function with PerlinNoiseMovement is not replicable with this plugin, unfortunate.

Oh, you're trying to record VR180. Yeah that won't work well with my camera animation. I haven't really made any VR180 videos, but I'd assume you would want the camera to be static instead of moving

Not true, it's actually nice to have a moving camera, static cameras over and over can be boring quickly, and it highlights jank somehow

btw gotta say I've been messing around with your scenes today and theyre all absolutely fucking clean. the shower one is epic, the selfie one is just as well done

Interesting. I might give it a try, that VR180 stuff. I usually like to experience scenes in real-time for the interactivity, but the downside is being limited by performance. Rendering it out should make it all silky smooth, although I'm sure it'll take ages to render 😅

And thanks! Glad you like them 😁
