I had a scene in the works, and my frames kept dropping lower and lower, down to sub 10fps. Kept getting worse.
I suspected it was related to a plugin, and after removing dynamic limbs, instantly back to 60fps.
The issue was one of my person atoms had a hand clipped into some complex geometry in the CUA environment I was using. Didn't notice until I had the frame rate under control.
Guessing the tracking system used by the plugin was overloaded.
The aforementioned complex geometry was a flower vase on a tabletop. I guess there are too many tiny meshes crammed into one spot.
To be clear, vanilla VAM will have a frame drop if a hand gets stuck in the same situation, but it will clear itself out in a few seconds.
With dynamic limbs active, the frame drops will start to run away and does not stop until the plugin is removed.
I don't know if a fail safe for something like this would be possible without creating edge cases / false positives.
Maybe a blacklist of other atoms that the plugin will ignore?

Noob and quite unrelated question. How do you rotate atom's wrist while holding it with mouse, just like in the preview vid around 0:40? Was it a plugin or native vam control?

Placing a person atoms hand over or inside of the flowers in the vase on the bedside table is where I had the issue described

Not sure what you mean exactly here, it should work on all body parts including the breasts@Skynet Could you also make it detect breasts and override AcidBubblesTimelines? Sometimes titfuck grasping is off if you don't use the creator's model, and also figure out a way to move the arms in slightly out or in based on the breast size and cleavage. Or you can make this a separate plugin. Desperately needed for titjob animations.

What I was actually trying to ask is: since Dynamic Limbs already handles breast grasping really well, would you consider making a plugin specifically for titjob animations that gives the user manual control over hand/arm position and rotation? Something that lets you fine-tune and override where the hands sit on the breasts, since that's always been a pain point with scenes like ZENmocap animations where the grasp rarely fits different custom models.Not sure what you mean exactly here, it should work on all body parts including the breasts
