Question Is there a way to make a person (and their hair/clothing/etc) transparent?

I'm mostly just curious, but I want to make a person like 50% transparent... like a ghost or something. Or have their transparency change over time like they're teleporting somewhere.

I don't see any sort of "Alpha" slider for the entire person in VAM, and I went looking for a plugin but I don't see anything.

Is there something I'm missing completely? It seems like this would be built in somewhere. But maybe not.

Unfortunately the hair shader doesn't support transparency. Depending what hair style you want, you could animate the hair length and thickness, or create a cua hair with alpha, or hair as a clothing item. Clothes are easier to animate the alpha on.
