Hello! Just wanted to ask how one would edit posession to make it so you can move your head, but the starting position of the posession is wherever the model is.

For example, I'd like to be able to use a laying down Cowgirl position without needing to actually lay down on the ground, and have it still properly look like I'm laying down with my head straight up despite facing forward in my chair.

An example of what I'm looking for is what the free scene "Darkness & Desire: A VR EXPERIENCE" does with its positions. I'm still able to posess the hands/body, but my head isn't automatically facing straight forward.

I wasn't sure I could link to the scene, and hopefully what I'm asking for makes sense. I'm very new to understanding how all this works, so I'm unable to properly determine how they pulled it off. I'd like to be able to use this myself to edit other scenes to function the same way. Thank you!

Solution
You need embody for that : )

Embody enforce the initial rotation of the camera. The normal possession from VAM does not handle that.

Is Embody really all I need? Is there specific settings I need to tick or untick to get that to work?

It depends what you want.
If you want to have some kind of cam ride, you'd need to use the passenger mode. If you want full possession control, you would use other settings.

Embody features several presets, you should experiment.

I guess I could compare what that other scene uses and figure it out from there. I appreciate the help
