Commission pricing varies depending on a few factors, including:

- Body Mesh
- Outfits
- Public / Private release

Commissions can be private, however this affects the commission cost.

How long does it take?
I aim to complete and send you the model within 1-2 Days from the point I start working on it.

Just excited to see your modern house - until I went there. You made a lot of interesting spaces, but no working doors so no way to get there. Also no stairs to 2nd floor although it has a nice bedroom. The default Y axis upon loading caused a lot of Z fighting on floors inside building, but not on outside space -oh and the car looked like it had flat tires but then I realized they were sunk. Raising the whole thing took care of that and the Z fighting. With some tweaking, this could be a cool place for "things" to happen.

Thank you for the exquisite little farm house. It looks a lot like my Aunt Annie's when I was but a wee lad. I could almost smell the old people dust smell - oh wait that is probably me. Didn't know then how damn wonderful it all was. If you do the outside, don't forget the mud scrapper by the door, and a broom and dust pan in the closet beneath the stairs. Well done!!!
