Question why the sound and action will freezed automatically ？

When I create a scene or sub scene, the sound and action will automatically freezed， and the freeze option toggles between on and off all the time. I did not select the option of automatic freezing in editing status in the system settings.What causes this and how should I deal with it?

I tried, and it was really this reason. I tried to change many things, but forgot this plugin. Thank you！(*^__^*) 。Turning on automatic update will definitely conflict with some chest movements。
