Hey, why some scenes, I can't edit timeline and some I can. I tried removing character's plugins, but still no go.
The last I tried, I tried removing auto clothing change, but I couldn't

Solution
Answer to initial thread question:
You can try navigating to the Timeline option screen and see if the "Lock" is set:
Uncheck it and you should be able to edit.

Answer to a later question about trigger:
You start the animation from within the plugin, not with a button? Then let's see.

There you should find the triggers:

But it is only for the selected frame in the timeline. If there is a 0 in the brackets at the top right part (like in the example above) it means there is no trigger at that position. Look where you find some and jump to that point in the timeline. In my example below it is almost at the end (you barely see the difference...
The scene creator has locked the timeline and it will ignore any changes made to it. If they have presets set up to load with the scene at a point in the timeline, these presets will appear most likely whenever the scene restarts too.

It looks like some scene I still can't edit animation even with lock deselected. I have a scene where the clothing I want to not show up keeps showing up when I restart. Is this a mocap locked? Any suggestions?

With "restart" you mean reloading the scene or restarting an animation or ...?

There are plugins that trigger on scene load. For example the EventSceneLoad Brick from @MacGruber LogicBricks. Maybe the clothing is somewhere in a plugin like that.

If it happens on restarting an animation: It is possible to have a trigger in the animation that loads clothing. Look for a target called "Trigger" within the timeline. If you know the exact time of the animation when it happens there should be a trigger set in the timeline.

Or: If you "restart" something with a button it might be just a trigger in that button.

Restart the animation. I can't figure out where the trigger is in the timeline. If I look at trigger tutorial, would tell me where to look for trigger? I worked on animation using Maya, but timeline is tricky to figure out. Thanks

In that case click the trigger at the top right which says "edited" and you get to all the triggers for that frame.
You say yours start with the animation so it might be in the first frame or very close (look carefully :)).
