Question Which plugins are used to make characters react to touch?

I am a newbie and I am still learning the UI. I am trying to figure out how to make the girl react to touch and make her react more lifelike overall.

I have tried to use the E-motion plugin but found it to be insensitive to touch in many parts of the body.

Is there a plugin (free or paid) that creates a reaction to touch on the full body? If not, which comes closest? Thanks!

There is also RegoloEngine but i have no clue how to use that since there is no demo and no public howto to even have a look at the workflow
So i dunno if its even worth to get and not another plugin no one checks how to use it.

Some elder infos at reddit mention it is limited to female only although the developer wrote at reddit that it "could" work.
Wonder why he mentiones "could" since he is the developer

If anyone knows more about it and what it is able to do current state sure much appreciated

Acid bubbles made a great scene for this, I’m sure if you play around with it and read through the discussion notes you could come up with some fun stuff.
