Which CPU is best for VAM VR ?

I am building a new system: RTX 4080, 32GB DDR5. Which current CPU is the fastest for VAM VR with a Quest 3? Usually I prefer Intel. Does VAM use the Efficiency Cores or only the Performance Cores and how many of them? I also do a lot of AI and gaming stuff, so additional cores won't be wasted. The Ryzen 7800X3D is also an option. How does it perform in VAM VR?

According to the benchmark threads the best CPU for 4k (=>VR) seems to be the Ryzon 7800 X3D and 7950 X3D followed by the i7 13700k and higher.
Can VAM use more than 32 GB RAM? So 64 GB will be a performance upgrade?
