What is an easy way to find Sim clothing on the Hub?

I searched for clothing and found clothing that was SIM compatible in its description.
When opened the physics tab, SIm was checked.

So what is the correct way to find these? My understaing is SIM Enabled button is there so all clothing , including non-Sim.

Don't think that is possible unfortunately.

Let's assume the hub would start listing clothes with [x] Sim Enabled - it would probably not be very reliable.
There are items that have it enabled, but the creators did not add a proper simulation texture.
It would in theory do the physic calculations, but not correct / realistic as expected.

To simulate realistic it needs 3 things:
1. The creator must have used 'Generate Sim Data' in the Clothing Creator
2. A good Sim texture to define how each parts of the fabric behaves
3. Sim Enabled in Physics tab

I'd say the fastest and most reliable way is to download a clothing item

How to check if it has a good simulation texture? is this something easy?

It should have various red tones.
A deep saturated red means that part will 'stick' to the body and simulate less or nothing at all if 100% red.
Random example for a shirt by WeebU made smaller:

In theory this would work in greyscale too. But it is only the red part that matters.
White just happens to include red.

Btw. you can join Discord for your questions too. Maybe faster.
