I'm hoping I'm doing something wrong. I have a I9 10900K system with a RTX 5070 TI graphics card. I'm using a quest 2 for VR. Running a typical scene from LDR I'm only getting around 30 - 35 fps in VR on high settings with reflections disabled. Is this normal? I was expecting a lot better performance than I'm getting.

It's pointless to benchmark from random scenes, there's a million and one factors involved.
