Question VR camera controls (Quest 2)

HI everyone. My question is for people that watch scenes in VR. In desktop mode it's very easy to get the exact view you want because you have many keyboard shortcuts for the camera and the free look thing with TAB is a huge help but on the Quest 2 controllers the joysticks are very limited in comparison. Does anyone know how to do things like pan up and down or zoom in and out?
