Bro, there is a bug in the scene. Pressing the M key will cause the scene to crash, so we have to reload the scene!

Hello, thanks to point me this bug out, as I use rarely shortcut I didn't see this.

I just made some investigation and this bug seems to come from the plugin VAMOverlay. I have to see if in the discussion tab of the plugin someone already saw that problem before.

Sadly as this plugin is important in my scene build, for the moment I have no solution to correct this bug, I can only advice you to don't use the M shortcut when you run a scene with VamOverlay.

To be sure, could you run a scene using vamoverlay from another creator to see if you encounter the same bug ?
Personnaly, I encountered the same bug with this scene :

Just looked at vamoverlay discussion and the bug was pointed out two years ago but sadly was not corrected.

if you look at atani's post, you have a solution to don't have to reload the scene ( I didn't try it yet ) :

" I'm wondering if this has ever been pointed out and whether it is a bug.
When I have vamoverlays already set up in a scene, if I hide the screen by pressing "m" and press "m" again to unhide, the scene shows only black. Turning the Overlays atom on and off does nothing, only by going to the overlay options and pressing "test fade out" does it come back to normal.
It's not something that I would expect; a bug maybe? "

On my side, I sadly can't do nothing !

Accidentally touching the M key is easy because it is too close to the N key!
