VAM doesn't charge. Black freezed window log.

Hi, I have a problem with VAM+VAMX. When I start the app it stays black for a long time (longer than usual) without showing the start menu (VAM HUB, scene explorer, VAMX and tutorial)
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?
