VaM 1.x Uterus as internal clothing request

So, i have seen a lot of Internal Robot Skeletons as clothing items; often paired with a transparent skin, and skin as clothing item, or cybernetic plates, I also have seen Internal Organs as a CUA. but why can't we have those same bits as a clothing item. how hard could it be?

Would do it myself, but I'm a Construction Worker and Stupid End User.

Ideally, i'd set it up so the "Inside" is the "Outside" face except for the Ovaries, use some kind of plugin to make the item "Seen through the skin", alpha textures for "cum Splats," a series of morphs to size and shape: Uterus, Fallopian Tubes, and Ovaries; and have all thoes parts able to be "alpha mapped Invisible.
