Using hairstyle creator in desktop mode

Could somebody tell me jow to grab the hairstyle tools in desktop mode ? It seems I cannot grab them as suggested in Kemenate´s guide. What mouse button or other thing do I need to press ? Thank you in advance !

Ok, apparently the tools cannot be grabbed when Prestigitis DesktopClothGRab or MacGruber´s PowerHandles are active session plugins... thanks anyway
