Question Troubles will blowjob

Hi is there a way to decrease the shaking/tremor of the head while my caracters are doing a blowjob ?

It's a problem i meet every times i'm making an animation with this pose.

You have to make sure that the mouth and the penis is in a correct line and angle, otherwise the collision will create this shaking and what not.
If the scale of the persons has been touched or the size of the penis, the effect will increase.

Another point is atoms being fixated to positions, which increases the effect as well (no real movement allowed = more collision).
