Oh i see, i think it's more of a problem on the mmdplayer side, you should ask the the creator to add rotation/position parameters for the camera '^^.
In the meantime you can parent everything in the scene to a new empty Atom, and rotate it 180.

Or you can use CLS + Timeline and create your own dances so you don't have to use MMD ever again
