select person, go to skin textures tab, apply these to appropriate Gloss slots.
Then also check gloss and gloss offset values in one of the skin tabs to make the effect more or less visible.

make sure that you have shader settings set to high in user preferences.
also try adjusting the gloss and gloss offset values after applying the textures.

tried that, shader quality high, gloss to 8.00, & gloss texture 1.00, still not applying. However, if i try to apply it as a decal, it working, but not quite as it should. Everything on the model just becomes black.

Its a gloss map, it does not work as regular texture or decal...

In tab called skin materials 2 set the gloss value to 7 or 8 and Gloss offset value to 0 or no more than 0.3

It worked! Thanks! My bad was, that i've pit gloss offset to one, instead of zero. Thanks much!
