Anyone here knows how create a subscene or a light rig?

A light rig can be anything. It can be a simple scene with 3 (or more) lights you merge load with your scene.
Subscene, you just need to parent atoms to a subscene atom and save the subscene.

If your goal is to save light setups for characters photography, you can take a look at Studio Maestro which covers easy preset load/save for light rigs.
