Question Specific scene loading with "Freeze Motion/Sound" tick ON

There is one scene, everytime when I load it Freeze Motion & Sound is set to ON. I don't know what caused it. Anyone has an idea?

Perhaps is set by a trigger in Scene Animation?

Somehow, removing the VAMoverlay plugin from that scene fixed it.
Is there a trigger in scene animation for that. Not at my PC right now, just curious
