Hello.
I made this room a long time ago for testing, and now I decided to upload it.
There are several problems that I cannot fix now because the project has been deleted.
Spawn point not on zero, in some places there are no collisions and some baked bugs.

I like it. Why is it that some scenes have 400 MB some 40 MB and some 4 MB? First I thought it must be the texture-quality but there are assest that look great even with 4 MB!

The project has mostly 4k textures. Albedo, normal, metallic, occlusion in 4k. Lightmap texture also weighs a lot. High poly too.
I did not optimize this project, because it was for a test.
By choosing the right parameters, you can achieve half the weight of the final file.
