SLOW FPS Troubleshooting?!?

For some reason there's a scene that i load that only has 2 looks in it, the frame rate drops BUT the gpu isnt' being utilized like in other scenes!

I load and run other scenes fine, including Trucinos Realfeel which is MUCH heavier, and the GPU usage is maxxed out with the other scenes.
I'm wondering what it is that is preventing my GPU from running fully on this particualar scene?
I typically run Macgruber framratecontrol but have tried disabling it and restarting with no improvement.

I FOUND out what it was!
Having VamMoan AND Vammoan2 on the same person did it.
it's wierd though that it just caused a general slowdown but didn't actually use hardly any CPU/GPU

They were arguing amongst themselves... Seriously, dueling plugins are a frequent source of problems with this thing. It also looks like your GPU memory was maxed out. That could be bad too, but IDK if the plugins did that.
