Site Bug - Spaces get deleted on backspace

Just curious if anybody else has noticed this, and/or if whoever runs the backend of the site is aware...but it seems that when I'm posting resources or writing messages or comments on resources, if I backspace out a word, the space immediately between that word and the previous word is also deleted.

Ironically, it doesn't seem to be a problem here in the forum, but for a while, I was actually wondering if it were something wrong with Chrome. But, alas, it only seems to happen here.

So far, I haven't had any typos because of it, but it's still something I'm always watching for now when I write something.
